Don't have time to come in to the shop? No problem, we've got it covered!
Whether it's a pair of your favourite heels or a thru soling job you can pop your shoes in the post and we'll repair them and post them back.
We'll commit to completing your repairs in two working days after we receive them to ensure the fastest turnaround we can. If this isn't possible for whatever reason we'll let you know.
Your footwear's not cheap and we know you don't want it getting lost in the post so all our returns are sent by recorded delivery. We can send them to your home, your office or wherever you choose so you can be sure there'll always be someone available to sign for them.
Please make sure you include the following three items in your package:
Details of the repair(s) required – if you’re sending more than one pair, please indicate which repair relates to which pair of shoes
Daytime contact telephone number – we may need to get in touch to discuss your repair before we proceed and we will need to call you to take payment when the repair is complete
Your return address
When we have completed your repair we will contact you and process your payment over the phone by credit or debit card.We’ll post your receipt back with the shoes.
